Hey, Music Magazine™ fans and readers. I’ve been quiet this week because we are going through some organizational changes here at the Mag. As most of you know, while I have full creative control of the website, I am not the owner. Musicmag.info is actually owned by my brother, Kerwin Howl, and we have a tenuous relationship at best. Earlier this week, Kerwin informed me that he was selling the site to Chom Cruisky, the CEO of Trendghazicorp Enterprises. Of course, my initial reaction was one of horror and dismay. I know all about the work he’s done inflicting feline AIDs on the seal population of Nantucket. I don’t live under a rock.
So what I’m saying is, I’m not sure what the future holds. I’m under a strict no-post ordinance until Cruisky decides Music Magazine™’s ultimate fate. And his idea of a content farm is probably different from my idea of a content farm (if you know what I mean).
I’d like to take this time to thank each and everyone of my followers. 2013 has been a wild ride and I couldn’t have done it without you.
As I said, I don’t know what the future holds. However, I’ll probably be blogging a lot more at my personal webspace vernonhowl.com (non-tumblr) in the interim. And definitely throw me a follow on my personal twitter as well (the @music_mag account is no longer under my control).
Until the next episode…
